Why are you not finishing the cleans by standing upright? The bended knee position is ending the move early and also adds an unnecessary injury risk.
I wanted it to be more dynamic on the cleans. No I disagree. For beginners, yes anything with speed is risky if not trained.

Awesome video, thank you for being honest and showing both hands, including your weak side. The boys are in the 10K shot club, with 2k worth of shots being given to dynamic ball handling. We are following your drills with age appropriate mods when needed.

do you do this in a circuit or one at a time
Yes you do it as a big superset. You can give yourself about 15-20sec in between each exercise. The intensity is high which is why the reps are lower. Then you can rest 2-4 mins after the superset.

Alright so I’m confused it says repeat the circuit so like if I do 3 sets for every exercise and I repeat the circuit is it talking about doing every exercise again or is it talking about the sets
You would go through the 1st half like a circuit so do exercise 1 (rest for 20sec) then 2 then 3. Rest for 1-2 mins then repeat for 2-4 rounds. Next you would move into 2nd half and do it like the steps above. You can either pause the video until you’re done the half or rewind ⏪ to keep following. Does that make sense?
Hi coach, i follow a s&c blueprint according to which first 2-4 weeks are movement and mobility block which consists of exercises for mobility stability and coordination and later 4 weeks block of strength, power and speed each. So i am very stiff so what exercises and routines i should do in movement block? Please help,

There are a few things you would need to work on. Speed and agility, and handling the ball with good pace and craftiness. Fast Break program and In the Zone program would be great for you

Are the a, b, and c the workouts you do that determine what you should do 3 times a week or you do it all in a day for 3 times a week
You do this entire thing as a workout and you can repeat it 2-3x per week. Hope that helps!

After doing this for a while, and improving my jumping technique, I’ve now increased my vertical by almost a foot this is hard as heck but if you just stay consistent I promise it’s worth it
